Your tasks
As an intern at CBC, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and grow professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Ownership: Take ownership of and drive dedicated work packages within your assigned projects, contributing directly to project success.
- Knowledge Expansion: Expand your expertise in Consulting, Automotive, Digital Solutions, and Services, gaining practical insights into these fields.
- Deep Knowledge: Develop deep knowledge in a specific area of your choice, aligning your expertise with CBC’s strategic goals and management guidance.
- Language Skills: Enhance your language skills in both English and German, enabling effective communication on a global scale.
- Skill Development: Improve both your hard and soft skills, growing into a consultant-level professional by the end of the program.
Your profile
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related discipline. Alternatively, studying in a business field like business administration or management.
- Prior Internship Experience: Previous internships or professional experience are highly valued.
- Language Skills: Fluency in the English language is a requirement due to our global and diverse work environment. Proficiency in German or other languages is strongly advantageous.
- Analytical Thinking: A sharp analytical mind with the ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Adaptability: A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, industries, and environments.
