Our CBC Consulting Academy is a dedicated program for young professionals, designed to enable talents to build a career at CBC and within Consulting for the Automotive industry.
Your tasks
- Take over responsibilities as an integrated part of a project team as a Junior Consultant
- Own and drive dedicated work packages within the assigned project
- Expand your knowhow in the fields of Consulting, Automotive, Digital Solutions and Services
- Build deep knowledge in one field of your choice and in alignment with the CBC management
- Develop extended language skills in German, English
- Improve your hard and soft skills to a Consultant-Level
Your profile
- Masters degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology or similar) or business field (Business Administration, Management or similar)
- Young Professional with maximum of 2 years professional working experience
- Preferably first knowledge or understanding in the fields of Consulting, Automotive, IT, Digital Products and Services
- Basic knowledge in German and additionally English
